OVER 30 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

A Brief History

We have been training medium and large business sales teams for over 30 years. Over time, with the demand for more prospect training, TK Enterprises increased its attention to focus more on cold call training. Slowly small businesses came onboard and were requesting this training as well when they realized that cold calling was the best way to grow sales.

Along with cold call training came the growth of small business coaching, business seminars and webinars. In early 2011, it became clear that not everyone had the staff to do cold calling on their own. As a result, and at the request of several customers, the Cold Calling Services division was born and a team of highly skilled, experienced callers were put in place. Today, TK Enterprises Inc. not only holds public cold calling training that is open to anyone, but offers tailored training to businesses of all sizes in the art of cold calling.

In 2014, we launched our Telephone Event Marketing Division, with a focus on telephone calls from high end retailers to their existing consumers. Driving traffic to in store events for jewelry stores, high end apparel, furniture and other retailers helps drive sales. We are co-op eligible for many high end jewelry brands such as PANDORA, EFFY and JewelPop.

With 10,000sq ft of calling space in our facility across from Detroit MI, we are able to accommodate callers in all time zones, speaking English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.

Meet The Team

Heidi Kaufmann

Heidi joined the company in 2013 after several years of running a successful transportation company and as an Inside Sales Representative for a North American staffing agency. Her previous work with BMO Nesbitt Burns and their US counterpart, Harris Bank, gave her a solid understanding of cross-border relationships and corporate processes. Her work for them focused on contingency and system implementation. In addition, she has over 27 years of customer service behind her. Her relationships with our clients and her attention to detail made her the obvious choice as CEO when her father retired.

Tom Kaufmann

Tom was born in Sweden, and immigrated to Canada in 1951, settling in Montreal. He is a graduate of l’Institute de Technologie de Montreal (diploma: Electronic Technology) & Concordia University (Degree: Bachelor of Electrical Engineering). Additional courses taken were Basic Selling Skills, Time Management (both by Xerox), and Basic Negotiating Skills. Tom worked in Montreal for such notable companies as Motorola, General Electric, Bell Canada, before being transferred to Ajax, Ontario. Being fully bilingual, Tom worked for many US based companies as their Canadian Sales rep. He has been in sales for over 35 years.

The last 30 years Tom has run his own successful Sales Consulting business, specializing in helping Small & Medium sized businesses organize their sales staff, and expand their territories. His specialty is sales, with a focus on cold calling, and business communications. Indulging in his passion for corporate training and teaching, Tom not only teaches business courses at community colleges such as Seneca College, Centennial College, and Durham College, but also trains corporations, such as Lenovo Canada (formerly IBM Microcomputer Div), in his Sales & Cold Calling Techniques. In addition to all his training and teaching, Tom enjoys giving seminars on various business topics to organizations and businesses. Tom also mentors & counsels Small Business.

Jason Fenech

Jason joined the TK Enterprises team in 2017, bringing with him over 5 years of managerial experience in a call centre environment. Jason is a proven leader, who thrives on building and developing a highly motivated and successful team, to not only meet, but exceed client expectations. Jason understands his customer’s needs and effectively communicates them to his team. He enforces TK Enterprises Organizational Values and Best Practices and is an integral part of the management team.

Jon Allan

Jon joined TK Enterprises in 2016 and oversees the entire call centre's IT infrastructure from phones to servers, to PCs and more. Jon’s attention to detail and knowledge of formulae and macros allows him to compile a myriad of reports that helps improve operational functions as well as support clients. Jon’s problem solving and calculated skill set finds him continuously improving the operational effectiveness at TK Enterprises.

Toni Torok

Toni joined TK Enterprises in 2017, bringing with her over 30 years of accounting experience. Having spent 20 of those years working for her family’s business, she understands the business model and core values of a family business. Toni’s background also includes working in finance and compliance, making her attention to detail and experience with Policy & Procedures an added benefit to her role as Bookkeeper at TK Enterprises.

Stephanie Bennett

Stephanie joined TK Enterprises in 2017, bringing with her over 6 years of administrative supervisory experience. Her organizational skills are instrumental in key tasks related to her position as the Office Manager. Stephanie supports not only the entire office but is also the Executive Assistant to our CEO. Stephanie’s ability to adapt to the constant growth of the company make her an asset in her role at TK Enterprises.
