TK Enterprises believes that training alone does not work. We believe that training plus mentoring is the only way to transform salespeople. Our sales training program is custom tailored to your organization’s needs. The core outline of the program is a one-day, in person, on-site training session with Tom Kaufmann and your team. This training consists of two 4 hour modules, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Two weeks following the training session, we begin a 90 day mentoring period with each employee. This consists of 6 training sessions via Skype. The training sessions are 1 hour each, every 2 weeks, for 90 days.
